Chapter 2352 - First Shall Be Mine

Lan Huang didn’t have a heptastar cosmic physique, but it wasn’t afraid of injuries as it had a recovery speed on par with the ba-serpent. While it was still stunned, Lan Huang sank its teeth into it and whipped it into the wall.

The ba-serpents were a complete mess. They had limited range, which granted Ying Huo and the rest the advantage. The third astral phase lifebound beasts didn’t even have a chance to fight back.

A streak of majestic ax ki shot past. Meow Meow hurriedly jumped to the side, but it was still grazed.

“Come over!” Meow Meow returned to its normal cat-sized form upon Tianming’s command.

Tianming grabbed it and placed it on his head. “Blast your abilities from there. I also have a symbiote lifebound beast!” He could see that after breaking through two levels, Ying Huo and the rest still had an advantage over third astral phase lifebound beasts even without Ji Ji’s support. Thus, he brought along Meow Meow for fire support as he launched himself at Yishker Bushghan, who had just attacked Meow Meow.

Although his ba-serpents hadn't been able to escape the bombardment, Yishker Bushghan and his two ear serpents had managed to slaughter a path through millions of Yin Chens and force Meow Meow back. He locked on to Tianming.

"Why aren't you an astral god when your lifebound beasts are? Did your cultivation deviate?"

“None of your business!” Tianming shot down with his Grand-Orient Sword in hand. A threefold starstone order met him.

“This is a little tough, meow!” Meow Meow’s genesis order spread out, but it was pushed back by the starstone order.

“Just focus on using your abilities, leave the rest to me!” Tianming’s words took the pressure off of Meow Meow. His Prime Wonder wasn’t done recovering, so he could only rely on the cat. Fortunately, Meow Meow was reliable in terms of abilities. It had once doubled as a tank in the past, but now it was completely an artillery specialist.

Genesis Bolts and Chaos Fiendbolts rumbled, swallowing up Yishker Bushghan, who had come forward in attack. The strength of his order waned, allowing Tianming to breathe again.

"Now!" Tianming held the Grand-Orient Sword aloft. The Imperealm Sword Formation, supported by the Flint Infernal and Vapor Lightning Impulses, spread out and covered the entirety of his opponent’s order field.

"You think only you have cosmic impulses?" Yishker Bushghan snorted with contempt as he hefted a two-handed ax, the Mountain-Cleaver, which shone gold as it burst forth with the power of the Brightbell, a cosmic impulse.

Yishker Bushghan’s forte was physical might and his ax was what had injured Meow Meow just now.

With a furious roar, he was like a wild beast as he lunged at Tianming while his starstone order swept out once more. At the same time, the two snakes’ forked tongues vanished into their mouths. The next moment, their mouths snapped open and they spat out tens of thousands of forked tongues. The green and red tongues were like countless tiny arrows that attacked together with Yishker Bushghan.

The little snakes’ abilities were Greenyin Venomtongue and Redhell Venomtongue, each of which could transmit fatal poisons. In such combat, the unorthodox 'heptabeastmasters' had quite an advantage.

“Get rid of them!” Meow Meow followed Tianming’s command and unleashed the Triworld Afterlife Halls it had been building up. It was superior in abilities.

“Open a path!” Tianming saw Ying Huo and the rest continue bullying the ba-serpents.

As a child of lightning, Meow Meow could use as much electricity as it wanted, completely eradicating all of the two little snakes’ attacks while Yishker Bushghan suffered electric shocks.

Yishker Bushghan howled as he used his Mountain-Cleaver to break apart the Triworld Afterlife Halls. However, he had to face Tianming’s sword as soon as he crossed it.

The sword fell from the sky. It wasn’t as exquisite as an orderan sword art, but it was the key to the flameyellow divinities’ legacy. The Ninedragon Tribulation, where nine swords became one: Imperialdragon Flameyellow Immemorial! The sword art’s strongest aspect was its momentum, which was compounded by Tianming’s Fiendsky Arm and his cosmic impulses. Purple lightning and crimson fire fell like a meteor.

“So strong!” Yishker Bushghan’s expression changed at the moment of impact. Despite his ax’s fierceness and the support of his snakes’ abilities, he felt powerless before the eruption of force. “But I’m fifth on the minor reges mundi ranking!”

Yishker Bushghan was flung away and slammed into a wall, his body bleeding all over as his Oldgod Ring shattered. Even his little snakes coughed out blood.

“Convinced of your defeat?” Tianming split his sword into two.

“Stop, I’m convinced!” Yishker Bushghan hurriedly put away his ax and raised his hands. Funnily enough, his snakes rose up as if they were hands being raised too. They looked at Meow Meow with fright; they, too, were utterly convinced of their defeat!

The ba-serpents had been trounced as well.

“Wonderful. Let’s go, Lin Hongchen!”

Lin Hongchen’s side was still in a stalemate.

“How’s this possible….” Yushan Tiantian stared at Tianming with disbelief. She didn’t recognize this person. "Just who is he?"

"Lin Mu's son." Yishker Bushghan lowered his head.

"Isn't he.…” Yushan Tiantian was about to say ‘trash’, but she couldn’t when she saw Tianming’s gaze.

She and Yishker Bushghan were shocked, and were well aware their Greenhill Yushan Clan and Yishker Clan would surely be the same. The Lin Clan most likely were as well!

"Third place on the minor reges mundi ranking!" Yushan Tiantian shouted with surprise when Tianming’s rank changed.

"A third ranker who's a twelfth-level stellaminor…." Yishker Bushghan wasn’t able to stop a bitter laugh, knowing that he had become Tianming’s stepping stone.

"Third?" Tianming chuckled. He was quite satisfied with that, as he’d at least surpassed Lin Lingxiao, whom everyone in the clan had praised. Lin Lingxiao was once the pride of the clan, and now it was Tianming’s turn.

“What’s wrong?” He looked at Lin Hongchen who was in a daze.

“He must’ve gone soft,” Ying Huo said.

“Screw off!” Tianming kicked it away, but he was in a good mood inside.

“Did you see that, Grandma and Grandpa? Your grandson is third on the minor reges mundi ranking! Next, first place shall be mine!" Tianming vowed. He refused to believe Lin Mu's son would still be a laughingstock after this!
