"Your Majesty, just like you have ordered, I have sent food, clothes, water, and other essential supplies to the villagers."
A few hours back, Aditya had ordered Spencer to send essential supplies to the villagers who had lost everything. Unlike the people within the Azure City who were protected, the villagers weren't protected.
They did not have Defensive Mana Barriers to protect themselves and their villages.
It was Aditya's attack that caused all of this to happen. And as their Ruler, it was his duty to provide for his people in times of need.
"Good job," Aditya said while continuing to work on something. He did not even look at Spencer the entire time he was there.
"By the way, Many Empires and Kingdoms have sent letters expressing their intentions to buy Flying Ships from our Empire. What should I do about this?" Ever since the Flying Ship was revealed, every single day, the Istarin Empire has been getting letters from many other Kingdoms, and Empires from all over the six continents.
Some even have sent their Prime Ministers in hopes of negotiating a deal with the Istarin Empire.
"Reject them. You don't have to do this. Just ask your subordinate to reject them on my behalf."
"The Istarin Empire won't be selling Flying Ships for now." Spencer caught the word 'now' in Aditya's sentence.
"Does that mean you have some plans to sell Flying Ships later in the future?" He asked.
"Before I did not want to sell flying ships. But after now I have changed my mind. I will think of this matter later. At least for the next few months, I will be busy with other projects that I have in mind."
"Understood....!!!"
Spencer paused for a second to look at the thing that His Majesty had been working on ever since he entered his office.
Aditya was busy writing some strange complex runes on a piece of paper.
"Excuse me.....!! Your Majesty, may I ask what are you trying to make?" Since Aditya was working with runes, obviously he was going to make something.
Last time, while being on a vacation to the Beast Continent, he had created the Flying Ship concept and with Percy, they even successfully created the very first flying ship.
So Spencer was really curious.
"I am trying to make the second generation of Defensive Mana Barriers," Aditya said without raising his head.
"Now that the Hydra has been defeated, I don't think there is an immediate need for you to work on such a thing. Why don't you take some rest and recover before getting back to work?" Spencer kindly advised. He was worried about Aditya's health. More than half of his body was still covered in bandages. Spencer couldn't even see his full face, as more than half of his face was covered in bandages.
Aditya finally put the pen down and looked at Spencer with a weak smile. "Last time you all struggled to protect the Azure City from the Hydra's attack. But things won't be always like this. There always won't be that many cultivators to protect the entire Azure City."
"My fight with the Hydra has made me realize just how weak the Istarin Empire's security is. In front of 5th-order cultivators, the City's Defensive Mana Barriers are totally useless. You understand the seriousness of this issue, right?" Spencer nodded his head.
"But your health comes first. What if our mighty King dies from exhaustion?" Spencer ended his sentence in a joking tone.
"Hahaha....!!! I think I work way less than you, maybe only 10% as much." Aditya wasn't being polite to Spencer. What he was saying was 100% true.

Ever since their first meeting, Spencer and Aditya have grown closer to each other.
At first, Spencer became the Prime Minister of the Istarin Empire because he was astonished by the never-seen rapid growth of the Istarin Empire. He was very curious about the Man who was once known as an alcohol addict. His Kingdom was on the verge of being taken over by another small Kingdom.?But one day everything changed.
It was because of all the amazing things that Aditya did as the King that Spencer decided to become the Prime Minister of the Istarin Empire.
And after becoming the Prime Minister, he never once regretted his decision despite the heavy workload. In fact, Spencer loved his current life.
Before becoming the Prime Minister, Spencer was called a worthless noble. It was because he was very different from his siblings. Growing up instead of being interested in cultivation or business, Spencer became more interested in reading books.

"This morning, I suddenly had a few ideas. I want to try using these ideas." The first thing that Aditya planned to do was to change the power source of the Defensive Mana Barriers. The Defensive Mana Barriers used Mana stones as their power source. But mana stones are expensive as Mana stones are not that abundant in nature.
Aditya had long planned to change the power source to Solar Stones which are abundant in nature and also are very cheap.
"Just what ideas do you have this time?" Spencer wanted to know what Aditya was planning to do before leaving his office.
"Well for starters, I was planning to add one extra array which would allow the Defensive Mana Barriers to get at least 25% to 30% of their power source from the Mana that is in the atmosphere. And then I was...!!"
Knock!! Knock!!
"Come in...!!"
It was Lara who came to his office.
"You should be resting now. Why are you working?" Lara looked a little bit angry seeing Aditya being so careless.
She put her hands on her hips and stood in front of Aditya.
"Yeah, I was also telling him the very same thing, sister." Spencer instantly took Lara's side. Since he also wanted Aditya to rest.
'Wooh.....!! She looks mad. This might be the first time,I have seen her looking mad.' Aditya felt amused seeing his Little wife being mad at him.
While staring at her, he had a small amused smile on his face.
"Come with him...!!" Lara did not give Aditya any chance. She grabbed his arm and pulled him.
'She is being very assertive today. I like this side of her...!!' Aditya thought in his mind.
"Sister, please keep an eye on him. Do not let him work."
"I will.....!!" Lara confidently nodded her head.
Spencer then left the office.
Meanwhile, she made him sit on the couch and then she sat next to him.
"Why are you not resting?" Lara asked in a demanding tone.
She looked mad.
Seeing this, Aditya laughed before he pinched her tiny nose. "My Little Wife has become very bold today. That's really surprising."
However, Lara then slapped his arm away. "Don't try to change the subject."
"Haha.....!!" Seeing her being so confident and assertive, Aditya laughed again.
But seeing him laugh, she glared at him again.
"Alright.....!! Alright....!! I will rest. I won't work till I have completely recovered." Aditya was 90% done with his work. He planned to test out the power of the new Mana Defensive Barrier later.
"Good.....!!" Only then did Lara look satisfied.
"It has been a while since you drank my blood. Do you want to drink my blood?" Aditya asked.
Hearing this Lara rolled her eyes. 'Does he keep forgetting that he is seriously injured now? His body hasn't even completely healed yet.'
