Liam nodded and he and Derek headed for the places where the mages were sending fire balls or darkness balls and he repeated this spell over and over again, thus creating a general panic among the King’s soldiers.

When Solomon and Kerry saw what Liam and Derek were doing, they took the opportunity to increase the pressure on their enemies and left them no choice but to retreat.

Kerry felt moved when he saw Liam fighting all his might for them and he thought that every time he appeared he always brought hope for an alliance and peace between their two races.

And every time their men saw the legendary white wolf fighting by their side, their fighting spirit exploded and they really gave their all.

After hours of fighting so hard they had finally managed to gain the upper hand and if Axel and his father could kill the last two generals, the victory that was now within their reach would be a great blow to the King’s army.

But on the side of the enemy lines, someone had masked his presence so that nobody would notice him and he wasn’t pleased with the turn of events, it was time for him to take part in this battle.

Meanwhile, Axel and Mykael continued to fight their way to those two generals and Axel could feel that he was about to lose his father’s bloodline.

He felt frustrated, the fight with that first general had definitely gone on too long, so he quickly said to his father as they continued to move forward and kill the demons that were voluntarily blocking their path : “Dad with Kev we didn’t take the time last night to check the weapons you gave us.

So, do you have two swords to lend me that can compensate with their Stats the loss of your bloodline effects.”

Mykael smirked and he conjured up two legendary grade swords that Caleb had crafted himself.

They were made from an ore that couldn’t be found on their world but it must be the equivalent of their high grade Verarium, their blades were a brilliant turquoise blue and even though they looked thin, they could withstand all sorts of magical and physical attacks.

He then said to him while handing them to Axel : “I’ll lend them to you to fight these generals but they are mine.”

Axel chuckled and he thought it was such a shame because these two perfectly identical swords were really splendid.

And just when the power of his father’s bloodline was gone, he grabbed them and he immediately felt the difference.

He didn’t know the Stats of those swords but they gave him even more power than he had before, and so he sped up again because he could see that these two generals were trying to drag them somewhere and he preferred intercept them before they get where they wanted to go.

Only, his plan failed miserably when they were both stopped by a gigantic red fire ball with purple grooves and just when he was about to use his swords to try to stop and scatter it, his father shouted at him to stop but it was already too late he couldn’t avoid the impact anymore.

His swords came into direct contact with this strange fire ball and it instantly exploded, creating a huge crater and pulverizing everything that was near it.

Axel didn’t have time to react, he was hit by the blast and was thrown several hundred meters away from where he was standing.

The explosion of this fire ball took place where many rebels were fighting and just like Axel, they were either thrown several hundred meters away or killed on the spot.

Mykael, who was sure that they had fallen into a trap, had to use a large part of his powers to direct the blast of the explosion towards the sky and thus limit the number of deaths on the rebel side.

Suddenly he felt a disturbance in the spiritual energy and then he saw black portals appearing everywhere, and a demon much more powerful than all those who were here appeared right in front of them after removing his force field and contrary to what Mykael had expected he ordered the King’s soldiers to withdraw.

Mykael, who had been taken by surprise by the colossal power of this demon suddenly felt another presence just as powerful or even more powerful than him, and then he saw green laser beams heading towards the fleeing demons and others that targeted more precisely this demon who had opened these black portals.

He had already guessed that it was his son-in-law, the mark of the Union must have warned him when Axel had been hit by that explosion and that was also why this demon had ordered to the King’s soldiers to withdraw, he must have felt Kevin’s power.

Honestly, he wouldn’t like to be this demon because Kevin must be really pissed off by now, and he just hoped that he wouldn’t kill this bastard too quickly.

And as he saw Kevin pass by him at a speed that left him speechless, he grabbed by pure reflex the magic bag he had thrown at him and which, when he opened it, was filled with Healing potion of legendary grade.

He understood what his son-in-law wanted him to do so he teleported near Liam who was taking care of Axel and he gave him the magic bag, telling him to take care of the other injured demons too.

He knew thanks to his bloodline that Axel had lost consciousness after the explosion but that his life wasn’t in danger.

He retrieved his two swords of legendary grade that had probably saved his son’s life by protecting him from the blast and he teleported back to where he felt Kevin’s presence and curiously his son-in-law had managed to keep his cool and for the moment he was only using his Stage 2 of his Warrior Spirit.

The black portals had been closed and he was fighting alone against the two generals and this demon who was unusually powerful.

The other demons who hadn’t managed to flee and hadn’t been disintegrated by the beams of light particles that Kevin had sent to them were standing a little further away ready to obey the orders of their generals.

And Mykael, before joining Kevin, chose to go first to Solomon, his brother and his men who had escaped the explosion and who were standing, just like the King’s soldiers, at a certain distance from this fight to avoid being hit by their powerful attacks and at the same time they were close enough to be ready to intervene if Kevin needed their help.
