Liam sighed but he said nothing and he led him in front of the wall mirror so Ian could see the problem with his own eyes, and when Ian saw that one of his eyes was inky black while his Drakonit side wasn’t even activated he bit his lip and he said to Liam: “Damn, I didn’t plan that, I was really careful though.”
Liam kissed him from behind and he said: “We don’t have much time because we have to join Solomon and the others to teleport them with us to Evy’s hideout, but since it doesn’t seem as bad as the last few days, maybe a simple bite will do it for you, what do you say ?”
Ian then said turning to him, his eyes totally black now: “I say… That you seem to like my bites a little too much.”
He licked the base of his neck and he immediately heard the growl of anticipation from his wolf side, he smiled as his Drakonit side was starting to get out of control too, and then he put a hand in his hair and tilted his head as his fangs lengthened.
He said to him before plunging them into the tender flesh of his neck: “I’m not sure that will be enough.”
And as he let his Drakonit side take over and that with his free hand he started to caress one of Liam’s buttocks, pressing his body against his, they were interrupted by knocks at the door and Liam immediately told him as he retracted his fangs: “It’s Solomon.”
Ian who still had the taste of Liam’s blood in his mouth really hated to be interrupted at that very moment, when he hadn’t even had time to enjoy his husband’s body so he said to Liam because he knew they couldn’t be late for this meeting: “It’s only a postponement my little wolf, I’ll continue what we started later.”

Liam grinned and went to open the door, he motioned for Solomon, Kerry, Derek and Connor to come in and Ian handed him a long distance Teleportation Talisman once he had closed the door behind them.
When they arrived at Evy’s hideout, all their friends were already there and even Ashton and Yelena had been allowed to come, Evy came to him immediately and she took him aside to tell him : “Raven refused to come, we will not have the support of his fighters, nor that of the Moon Sect and the Sky Sect, they say that they are satisfied with our situation and that it is not worth taking so many risks to free the Queen.”
Liam swore and he asked her: “Will they support the King or remain neutral ?”
Evy smirked and she said : “Luckily, they are not stupid enough to openly support the King, because if the Queen ever took back the throne, they would lose everything, so for them, neutrality in this conflict brings them more advantages.”
Liam then looked at Kevin who was looking at plans of the palace and asking Caleb and Kelan questions and he said to Evy: “The Queen will not take back the throne, it is the new bearer of the pentagram mark who will become King and believe me they will all regret their decisions.”
Evy followed his gaze and she said: “I still can’t believe that this kid is the new bearer of the pentagram mark, he reminds me of Xander, look at him, he has the charisma of a leader.”
Liam smirked and he said to her: “Indeed, Kevin was born to be a leader… Come with me, there’s someone in particular I’d like to formally introduce you to.”
Evy nodded and she followed him, she bowed her head as he led her in front of the group of demons who had decided to come and fight by their side and as he introduced them in turn she widened her eyes as Solomon and Kerry were the demons who had led the rebellion and maintained the link between demons and humans so that one day a peace could exist between their races.

Liam then told her: “It’s a long story and I’ll make it short for you, his murder was premeditated with the sole purpose of kidnapping him and he was only released earlier this week.”
Evy looked at Connor and Liam in turn, frowning, and she repeated: “Earlier this week… Wait, you mean This week, does that mean…”
