609 It didn’t matter, right?

Yelena then said to her: "Don't worry about me any more, I've finally understood how this connection works, now I'm not scared of it any more."

And as Iris and Yelena remained in each other's arms as if they were alone, Miguel smiled at the sight of them and said to Julian: "Well done Julian, through the bond I share with Elias, I heard what you said to her."

Julian, who had felt his reserve of Soul force increase considerably after being bathed in this white light, then said to him: "I'm so relieved to have been able to help her, but even if this energy no longer poses any threat to us, Yelena must continue to train to use it."

Elias then said: "From now on you'll be in charge of her, if you have any doubts you can always contact Miguel or me, but the person Yelena needs to understand this power is you and you've just demonstrated it."

Elias then said to Julian, patting his shoulder: "It's a shame that I don't have the time now, but as soon as the opportunity arises, I'd like to get to know you better."

Seeing the astonishment on Julian's face Elias then told him: "You remind me of someone I knew a long time ago, he was a friend, and he was also teaching the new generation of Mages everything he knew.

I learned a lot from him and I often asked him for advice when the extent of my powers scared me... That's why I know Yelena needs you to stop being afraid of her powers."

Julian was more than flattered and he really hadn't expected this, so he simply nodded and said to them both: "You can go back to organize what needs to be done for the war with peace of mind, I'll keep a close eye on Yelena and help her as best I can, I promise!"

Elias left first and before joining him, Miguel went to check on Yelena.

And since she was perfectly fine, her connection with the Cradle of Magic now completely under her control, Miguel went to join his husband, who had seemed disturbed to discover that Julian was perhaps not just a simple Mage but that he could be a Sage.

And the more Miguel thought about it, the more it was true that the resemblance between Julian and those they called Masters at the time was uncanny.

When Elias and Miguel had left, Caleb called Kelan who immediately returned with Zak and Chris and each of them joined a different person.

Kelan after checking that Caleb hadn't been hurt, bombarding him with questions and Chris did the same with Julian who told him: "Finally, what a pity that you didn't stay with us. But I can also understand why Caleb gave Kelan that order since the danger was really too great for you to stay."

Julian then explained what had happened without going into the details of what he had said to Yelena, and Chris didn't really care that he hadn't received Yelena's blessing, because the main thing was that they were all fine... Moreover, Julian just told him that he was the one in charge of training Yelena to use her powers, so sooner or later he too would receive her blessing.

And just as everything was ending well, Iris ended up destroying the ice that Julian had put in place to seal the entrance to the tunnel that led to the dungeon boss's room, using her spear, and she told them: "Let's finish this dungeon first and then we'll see if you want to do another one."

Julian wasn't so sure that he wanted to continue to loot purple dungeons now that his mission was over, but Chris, Zak and Yelena were so enthusiastic that he finally agreed to stay with them.

As for Caleb and Kelan, they stayed with them since they had nothing else urgent to deal with, and Zak, who had gone to join Helena since she was the only one without a partner, was delighted that the danger was finally over since from now on they would all be able to concentrate fully on their training.

...

In the Royal Palace in one of the Royal Suite, Alan finally wake up with a start and Erik then said to him, while pulling him back into his arms: "I'm here, I'm here, relax, everything is fine now."

When Alan recognized their room he finally relaxed and he looked at Erik putting a hand on his belly: "What happened? How is our baby?"

Erik then smiled at him tenderly and he told him: "You paralysed all the personal guards of a Goddess by using our bond.

But since they were all stronger than you, our bond depleted your energy reserve to protect us and you fainted… If Elias and Miguel weren't there we could have been in trouble."

Alan then looked at him while caressing his belly and he said: "Okay, I will definitely apologizing to this Goddess for having wanted protecting my life partner and our baby… But if we're home that's mean that everything fine, right?

So what did she say? Is it a boy or a girl? Should you stop training ? When is the birth expected?"

Erik then laughed and he told him: "First our baby is in a perfect health, then I have no idea if it's a girl or a boy but it didn't matter, right?"

Alan smiled then and told him, while lifting his shirt to kiss his belly: "Of course it doesn't matter, boy or girl, I will be the most happiest dad in the Universe."

Alan then motioned for Erik to stop talking as he put his hear on his belly and close his eyes to focus to see he could hear the heartbeat of their baby… And to his delight he said to Erik: "Sweetheart, I can really hear his heartbeat, it's fast and strong… Can you already feel our baby moving?"
