Since she decided like that, and Weng Qing was also quite familiar with Ling Yun's character, she didn't say anything to persuade Fang Lin but muttered in her heart. 'Sigh, she's foolish; she has made the wrong decision like I did before.

Since Fang Lin decided to leave Ling Yun, she and her parents immediately left the Central Forest.
Even though Ling Yun didn't do anything to them, Ling Xi couldn't let them leave just like that. She implanted something into their souls, which would prevent them from telling the people of the Liu and Chen Clans about his action.
After that, neither of them asked Ling Yun about his relationship with Fang Lin, and they immediately proceeded with the construction of the residence.
However, Ling Xiaofei and Shi Xiaoyin suddenly told Ling Yun about Chen Xiang, causing his face to darken considerably.
Even though he was furious towards Chen Xiang, Ling Yun decided not to do anything for now and asked Ling Xi to fetch Yi Mingzhu from Xiao Feng's place.

"I don't know." Chen Wentian shook his head at her. "Judging from previous events, I believe the possessor of the space element must have been the one who killed our son, or else that person would not have separated us from him by sending us so far away."
"Have you contacted Fang Zhuo and Murong Wu yet?" Liu Ruyue asked sadly, and her hand gripped the broken life stone tightly.
Chen Wentian nodded to her. "That person sent them back to their city, and they are in the Fang Clan now."
Unfortunately, Chen Wentian had no idea they were lying to him, and they were still on their way to return to their clan.

At first, Jiang Yuan was shocked after Xiao Feng told him about it via voice transmission. Yet, he was also relieved that Ling Yun decided to call Yi Mingzhu back. "Hey, Old Feng!
