Chapter 178 - Talking In The Airport
In the morning, Bryana and Dean took Raymond and Monica to the famous airport in Jakarta, because the scheduled departure for Switzerland would arrive in about 30 minutes. They stood in the waiting room where many prospective passengers were saying goodbye to their families, some chose to relax while playing with their phones, some were still busy preparing something to check-in.
Bryana looked sadly at Monica who had always accompanied her in the office for several years as a secretary, her confidant and best friend after Soraya. "Monica...."
"Don't cry, we'll meet again," Monica exclaimed as she hugged Bryana who instead burst into tears.
"I'm glad you're my sister-in-law, but it hurts so bad to see you go. I don't have anyone to talk to, friends to confide in, and... I must be very lonely," Bryana said in tears.
"There's still Soraya."
"Soraya is pregnant and her husband doesn't allow her to travel too much." Bryana let go of Monica's arms. "I'll just feel too lost. You know what it's like to be far away from people who are always near us, it feels like... Something's missing."
"I'm sad, but what can I do." Monica also cried and hugged Bryana again.
"Jill," Raymond called with pitying looks at Bryana and Monica who were very saddened by his decision to take Monica to move to London.
Bryana let go of Monica's arms and turned to look at Raymond. "If you can, you buy assets here and leave the company in London to be managed by my father's relatives."
"It's not easy, Jill. Now things are not possible. I promise, I will take Monica to Indonesia often, because she also misses her parents in Bandung," said Raymond with confidence, trying to calm Bryana. He approached his sister and hugged her.
"You have to believe because your brother never let you always in sadness," he said.
Monica wiped her tears with her palms as she continued to stare at Bryana. "If Raymond doesn't invite me to visit Indonesia, I will go by myself. Don't worry."
"You have to come when I'm seven months pregnant!" cried Bryana releasing Raymond's arms.
"Ah yes, I will come. I am always present on your important day, right?" Raymond smiled at Bryana who always looked small in his eyes because she was a younger sister.
Bryana nodded and wiped her tears roughly. "When you arrive in Switzerland, call me."
"Sure," Raymond exclaimed.
Dean, who had been silent for a while, approached Bryana and hugged her from the side. while Raymond glanced at his watch and turned to the passengers who were starting to walk out onto the runway.
"Looks like we have to split up now because we have to get on the plane soon," Raymond said resignedly.
"Be careful and stay safe," Dean said with a warm smile.
Bryana even cried again, making Monica feel sorry, and immediately hugged her.
"Alright, don't cry anymore. we will meet again, and as long as we are far apart, I will often contact you. remember that in modern times, far will still feel close because you can video call or just make a call," Monica exclaimed while rubbing Bryana's back.
Bryana just nodded and let go of her hand. Monica also turned to Raymond who immediately took his hand.
"We're leaving now," said Raymond.
Dean just nodded, while Bryana instead said, "good luck making a nephew for me!"
"That's for sure," Raymond said with a smile glancing at Monica who was blushing.
"You was crying, now you asking for a nephew, you naughty sister-in-law!" Monica exclaimed, glancing at Bryana in horror.
Bryana just chuckled and tightened her grip on Dean's arm. "That's a natural thing because sis Raymond must be a father soon before his face gets old with age!"
"Hey, don't make fun of me. I'm only 28 years old!" cried Raymond curtly.
"Yes, yes ... Go on, before I will cry holding your wife again!" cried Bryan.
"See you again. bye-bye," Monica said to which Bryana only nodded. She immediately followed Raymond's steps towards the airport exit.
Dean and Bryana stared at Raymond and Monica leave until they were out of sight.
"I want to go to London," Bryana muttered with a sad look.
"We'll be there after you give birth," Dean said.
"Still have to wait four months."
"You have to be patient. I'll often work from home so you don't feel lonely," Dean shouted as he walked to lead Bryana to the main airport door. "Besides, there is a mommy in our house. You won't be so lonely."
Bryan sighed and nodded. She remembered that he had not done the one thing he had promised. "We haven't done an important mission yet."
"What important mission?" asked Dean as he continued to keep pace with Bryana's steps.
"We have to marry off Louis and Lauren. I don't want them to have sex with darkish status anymore, because it's a sin!" Bryana explained while remembering the naughty Louis as Bodyguard. if the man was not defended by Dean, she would surely punish him for impregnating her trusted babysitter.
Dean smiled with amusement every time he remembered Louis and Lauren, whom he had caught making out on the stairs before he married Bryana.
"It reminds me of something," Dean muttered as he reached the parking lot.
"What is that?" Bryan asked.
Dean opened the car door and let Bryana in, then closed it again. He turned to the driver's door.
"What do you remember?" Briana asked again.
"Louis and Lauren had been dating before we got married, they were even very affectionate when we saw them making out on the stairs. It reminded me of milk," explained Dean.
"Milk? What milk?" Bryana asked, frowning.
dean put a smile on his lips and replied, "I suspect that Louis is the one who took my wild horse milk. Because I put it in the kitchen cupboard."
Bryan gaped and nodded her head. "And he pounced on Lauren while we were on our honeymoon in Australia. no wonder Lauren could be pregnant, Louis must have asked her to make love at every opportunity."
"Hahaha yes, they are so naughty but still focus on Calvin and Sofia very well." Dean chuckled.
"Yeah, maybe they made love while the kids were sleeping with us and . . I'm suspicious about the first night," Bryana said, remembering when he was going to do the first night with Dean, Calvin and Sofia came to sleep together.
"Our first night was awful," Dean said.
"It's not about that. I became suspicious at that time they started having sex because the kids slept with us," said Bryana.
"Wow, that means they did the first night while we're the newlyweds. They're good at taking advantage of the conditions," Dean muttered with a shake of his head.
"Not them, but Louis who must have seduced Lauren..Lauren is too innocent as a woman, and I see she admires Louis too much since they first met as colleagues."
Dean sighed, then touched Bryana's right hand while looking at his slightly puffy face. "Don't scold them. We even almost had sex before we got married because I almost lost control when you teased me in the office."
Bryana smiled shyly and recalled the good times when she and Dean first realized their love for each other. even today it still feels beautiful because the status is married and will have a baby.
