With a dark look on his face, Gu Jin flew towards the exit in chase of Dai Hee and the others. But Gu Jin wasn't alone, more than a few people had followed behind them as they exited. However, Mao Wen and Fuangu had turned to call upon the members of their Religious Factions with a war cry.
Afterwards, several hundred disciples with bare feet stepped out of the crowd of disciples to block everyone's path at all four entrances. They even deployed several formations that combined their individual strengths together.
"Get out of my way!!"
Gu Jin seeing this roared out enrage. He lifted his hand ready to kill these disciples if he had to, but the disciples at the entrance suddenly opened up part of the formation and allowed Gu Jin to exit the pavilion.
But as soon as he left they closed back the formation and kept everyone inside.
Gu Jin turned and saw the members of his Fire Empire being trapped by the formation. Thoughts about turning back to get them out surface in his mind, but upon realizing he would be giving Dai Hee and the others an opportunity to escape if he did that, he decided to abandon the idea.
"Damn it!"
Gu Jin had long realized he had been outplayed. While they were focused on getting the pill, they were securing the exits and formulating a plan to escape as if the pill was already theirs. And they excepted their plans flawlessly.
The only one to see through their plans before they even executed them was Mai Rong.
She might have already captured them given she still had her companions' help. Gu Jin had to hurry before she got her hands on the Soul Nourishing pill and Nascent Formation pill.
'I can't let her get them, it wouldn't end well for me in the Hidden Fragmented Realm if she does.'

Gu Jin left a sonic boom in the air as he shot off in search of Dai Hee and the others; his Spiritual Sense expanded to the limit to find traces of them.
Meanwhile, in the pavilion, Long Feng was still in the crater laying flat on his back while staring at the ceiling with a blank expression. His disguise had been destroyed so his true appearance was revealed.
Though he did show concern. Instead, Long Feng was replaying Dai Hee's attack in his mind. Over and over he replayed it and the feeling it contained.
It felt like he was hit by a mountain, but there was something else that was mixed in with the attack. Something even Dai Hee might not have realized.
But Long Feng did, how could he not?
"That was…the essence of Time."
Long Feng suddenly raised his hand and covered his face as he released a loud laugh.
"It's you, isn't it?! It's definitely you!!"
Long Feng dropped his hand and a wicked smile could be seen on his lips.
"I found you, you thief."
"Ahh… Y-Young Master Feng?"
Lan Yu Ze said as he carefully approached Long Feng along with Xiao.
With glimmering eyes, Long Feng leaped up not minding he no longer had his disguise. He then grabbed Xiao and Lan Yu Ze before he flew towards the roof of the pavilion.
With one kick a massive hole was blown through the pavilion ceiling.
As Long Feng flew out he was heard yelling.
"I finally found you, you fucking thief!!"
Inside the pavilion, Shiming unfurled his hands and flew toward the hole. Numerous people stopped trying to break through the formation at the exit and followed him.
However, Shiming suddenly paused and turned to look around the pavilion.
His eyes narrowed when he didn't see Xian anywhere.
On the third floor of the pavilion, Anang looked towards the hole in the ceiling, and thoughts of chasing after Dai Hee appeared in his mind.
But he hesitated.
He recalled the power shown by Dai Hee, as well as Yang Su and Lu Shin; how they had managed to defeat those monsters in a clash.
Somewhere in his mind, Anang knew those pills had no future with him. This battle was beyond him.
Ling Yichen the Handsome Alchemist, as well as Monk Zimo, and the beautiful Bai Ying all held similar thoughts and they chose not to give chase.
Truthfully, it wasn't that they were scared, far from it actually. They were Top geniuses that weren't unfamiliar with fighting for resources. After all, it wasn't easy to become the number one genius of their respective powers.

Right now, they would rather take the risks in front of them to get stronger. The old man's words had rattled them as well.
"You should do everything in your power to enter the Hidden Fragmented, if you don't you'll regret it for the rest of your life."
That's exactly what they were doing as they suddenly dawn black robes, and hid their faces with masks before scattering in the night in search of an opportunity.
Meanwhile, several thousand meters away from the pavilion, Dai Hee and the others were all surrounded by members of the Water Bound Continent. They were trapped inside a formation.
"Damn it, they actually hid a formation here and forced us to escape in this direction."
Lu Shin was heard cursing.
From the darkness, Mai Rong suddenly stepped forward. As she came in front of the group she snapped her fan shut before saying with a smile.
"Hand over the two pills and I won't kill you. Even for my Water Bound Continent, it'll be too bothersome to have to deal with the powers behind you. I don't want to trouble my Master."
Dai Hee looked at Mai Rong with a solemn expression but didn't respond. He instead began looking around the formation that trapped them.
It was a high-grade formation that could even trap a Nascent Realm cultivator.
Above them in the sky was a disk shape object, which was perhaps the source of the formation. Maybe if they went all out they could destroy it and the formation, but that would alert everyone to where they were.
If that happen they wouldn't just have Mai Rong to worry about.

Dai Hee's solemn expression increased.

Dai Hee clenched his fists but they soon loosened. He then raised his hand and flipped over his palm. The two boxes containing the Soul Nourishing pill and the Nascent Soul Formation pill appeared in his hand.
